Not yet, and we say that upfront. AS/NZS 2918 covers how it gets installed. Your installer handles that side. We are not Clean Air-listed, so check with your council if you are in a restricted zone.

No. Just the stove itself. The Small takes standard 5″ (125 mm) flue pipe, the same stuff you'll find on hardware and stove sites online. Your installer can source it, or you can buy the sections yourself.

It puts you in the build queue. We order steel and start shop work against it. The rest is due before we ship, or when you collect. Cancellation terms are in the terms of sale.

Roughly 8–10 weeks from deposit to dispatch, depending on the queue. The month on the site is when we expect the next stoves to be ready. That is our best guess, not a fixed date. If we think we will miss that window, we will email you as early as we can. You still get build updates along the way and again the week before it ships.

No. It is a good-faith target based on the current queue and shop capacity. If we are running late, we will tell you as early as we reasonably can and work through what happens next. The legal wording is in our terms of sale.

For almost everyone, yes: the price includes standard delivery to mainland and Tasmanian street addresses. Very remote areas, some islands, or deliveries that need special equipment (Hiab unload, long drive access, and similar) can cost more. We will not surprise you. If your place looks like one of those, we get in touch first, explain the situation, and agree options before we ship. More detail is on our shipping page.
